Credigy is looking for several talented individuals to join our team and participate in our Analyst Rotation Program at our corporate headquarters located in the greater Atlanta area. We are currently in the midst of recruiting for the role with a start date of July 2025. Don't delay - graduation is right around the corner!
Rotation Program Overview:
The Analysts will participate in an intensive job rotation program with opportunities to gain experience are various critical functions of the company. Job rotations will take place throughout the Analysts’ first 18-24 months at Credigy and may include exposure to the following areas—investment valuation, due diligence, data science, revenue and asset management, investments, finance, data strategy, risk, and more. Each rotation will include area-specific performance goals and personalized development opportunities, including mentoring from Credigy’s senior leaders as well as intensive training led by internal subject matter experts on technical software tools including Python, SQL, Tableau, EasyMorph, and Microsoft Excel. Analysts will be tasked with performing complex analyses to optimize business processes, increase productivity, mitigate risks, and/or maximize company revenue. For example, Analysts may be responsible for designing and implementing statistical-based reviews of critical business processes or be part of a team responsible for creating and analyzing key performance indicators to evaluate company performance. Regardless of individual rotation objectives, we expect our Analysts to be comfortable attacking analytical problems with a creative bent. Analysts must work well with various technical and analytical teams within the organization to produce meaningful analyses and recommendations. Following completion of the program, and with direct mentorship and guidance from senior management, the Analysts are expected to select an area of focus where they will continue their professional development and direct their long-term career path at Credigy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be technologically proficient, and must be top of their class. Candidates should be able to work independently with minimal guidance. We are searching for a diverse group of talented individuals, with a natural drive for success in a demanding environment. In particular, we target candidates with the following experience and skill sets:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Finance-related field, with a demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis; Graduation with honors is a plus;
Extremely organized with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines;
Analytically sharp and process oriented;
Intrinsically motivated self-starter with the ability to handle a heavy workload, prioritize, and manage multiple projects;
Able to work well in a team environment while also having the self-discipline and confidence to function independently;
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Beginning to intermediate skills in relational database concepts and data visualization tools such as SQL, EasyMorph, Tableau, and Python is a plus;
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must;
